Job Description:
As an OluKai Retail Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our premium products, and maintaining a luxurious retail environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming customers into the store and providing personalized service.
  • Becoming an expert on our product lines, including their design inspirations and reasons for being.
  • Staying current on fashion trends and understanding customer needs to creatively communicate product selections.
  • Independently problem-solving and resolving customer issues while maintaining a spirit of Aloha, even in high-stress situations.
  • Maintaining store concepts and visual standards, ensuring the retail floor is always premium and tells a story.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • 1 year retail experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. College education desired.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and time management skills.
  • Able to safely lift 30 lbs. and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
