We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Awake Overnight Residential Counselor to join our team at Vinfen Corporation. The successful candidate will work a schedule of Wed-Sat, 11 pm-9 am, and receive a competitive salary of $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

As an Awake Overnight Residential Counselor in a Residential Group Living Environment, you will provide direct support to individuals with psychiatric conditions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our residents, while also promoting their independence and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to residents with psychiatric conditions in a residential Group Living Mental Health setting
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as medication management and personal care
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote resident independence and autonomy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
