Job Title: Local Yard Driver

We are seeking a skilled Local Yard Driver to join our team at Mohawk Industries. As a Local Yard Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouses and distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a commercial vehicle to transport trailers to desired locations within Mohawk property.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trailers, as well as maneuvering heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Be at least 23 years old.
  • Possess a Class A commercial driver's license (CDL).
  • Have a minimum of 6 months commercial driving experience.
  • Have good interpersonal communication and customer-service skills.
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule, including 12-hour rotating shifts.
