**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Telemetry unit.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct patient care to patients in the Telemetry unit
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patients' conditions
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment options

**Requirements:**

* Current PA RN License or Practice Permit
* BLS and ACLS certifications required, must be completed prior to the end of orientation period
