Job Summary

Lightfully Behavioral Health is seeking a Client Care Specialist (CCS) to join our team. As a CCS, you will play a vital role in supporting clients' psychological safety, completing accurate and timely documentation, and collaborating with therapists to update them on clients' outpatient needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold and maintain the Company's mission and values.
  • Support clients' psychological safety and well-being.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation for groups.
  • Schedule and conduct bi-weekly meetings with clients to plan for discharge and establish an outpatient team.
  • Collaborate with therapists during treatment team meetings to update them on clients' outpatient needs and concerns.
  • Provide one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis as directed by the clinical team and the client's plan of care.
  • Support clients in navigating virtual platforms used.
  • Assist with clients in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to navigate Electronic Medical Record systems.
  • Basic knowledge of general office equipment is required.
  • Ability to speak English fluently is a requirement; the ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate and write clearly and professionally is required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills.
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Must have the ability to communicate with individuals over the phone, through electronic correspondence, and in person.
  • Able to work for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
