Our Clinical Team
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Specialist to join our clinical team in California. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing expert care and support to help them achieve their mental health goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults and/or children and adolescents, utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches and medication management as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning, using sound clinical judgment and expertise.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless care coordination and transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in mental healthcare.

Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry (BE/BC).
- Current licensure in California.
