Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning and restoration services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively perform carpet and floor cleaning and restoration services, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and techniques.
  • Complete accurate and detailed cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Complete daily logs and work orders, maintaining accurate records of services performed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, with a focus on carpet and floor cleaning.
  • Basic math skills and ability to apply learned techniques to determine equipment and unit requirements.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and portable devices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
