Job Overview

nTech Workforce is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administration Specialist to support our Distribution Program Management Office.

The salary for this position is approximately $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Role:

  • This is a hybrid role with a mix of administrative and project management responsibilities.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project administration and experience with contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain project accounting logs of all project IDs and related codes.
  2. Submit estimate requests through the project management software system.
  3. Run reports and coordinate actions from various systems to support project closure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience.
  • Proficient in Asset Suite 8, Unifier, MS PowerBI, and MS SharePoint.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage ambiguity.
