Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and pursue bid opportunities through various channels, including industry lead sources.
- Oversee project management tasks, including pre-project setup, documentation, and post-project evaluations.
- Attend and contribute to pre-bid and construction meetings, gathering essential project information.
- Manage and safeguard company assets while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Supervise administrative functions related to job management, including labor and subcontractor oversight.
