Pine Ridge is a 111-bed Skilled Nursing Facility that offers a range of medical services, including Short-term Rehabilitation, Long-term Care 24 Hour Skilled Nursing, Hospice and Respite Care, Restorative Care, and Certified Wound Care. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid Certified and features private and semi-private rooms, spacious shower and restroom facilities, beauty salon and barber shop services, walking paths, and state-of-the-art rehabilitation areas.

Scope of Work

The RN or LPN will utilize the nursing process to provide professional nursing care, incorporating patient-family centered care principles to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge. The nurse will provide quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader, according to Corewell Health policies and procedures, and will recognize the impact of nursing care and patient/family partnerships on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in Nursing, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, and at least one year of acute care experience or two years of experience in a licensed healthcare role. The nurse must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination and hold a current MI Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 90 days.
