Job Summary:

Maxana is a digital transformation partner specializing in FinTech Digital Initiatives. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist and Engineering expert to join our payments engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and ML tools and frameworks, with experience in FinTech or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Machine Learning/AI Engineers to understand, refine, and prioritize requirements
Design and build our model serving service with simple, powerful APIs to capture our users'/clients' needs
Build our core ML/AI model lifecycle management system to provide an ML/AI-aware release and deployment experience
Improve machine learning data quality by using & building tools to automatically detect issues
Create intelligent ML/AI-aware real-time monitoring & observability systems
Work closely with partner teams to integrate with other ML/AI tools to create a seamless end-to-end experience

Requirements:

Deep skills in AI and ML tools and frameworks
Strong Analytical Skills
Software Development expertise
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
Experience in FinTech or financial services industry
Ability to work independently and in a remote team
