About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Leader to join our team at Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod. As a critical member of our front office operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front desk team in providing top-notch service, managing guest interactions, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to foster strong relationships and ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase loyalty, and drive revenue growth.
  • Train and mentor front desk associates on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage cash transactions, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
