**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team at Labor Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional design expertise to our clients, working directly with homeowners and contractors to create original designs for their projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Client Service:** Provide outstanding client service throughout the design process, ensuring all reasonable client requests are met in the showroom/office.
  • **Problem-Solving:** Resolve client order issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the Sales Manager.
  • **Design and Rendering:** Produce original renderings, drawings, and sketches for client projects upon request.
  • **Design Software:** Design kitchens and bathrooms from concept to completion using 20/20 software.
  • **Team Collaboration:** Participate in weekly Sales and Design Team meetings.
  • **Product Selection:** Assist clients in selecting products based on their needs, product specifications, and industry regulations.
  • **Product Features:** Highlight product features based on customer needs, technical knowledge, and product capabilities.
  • **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and product usage.
  • **Sales and Negotiation:** Negotiate pricing, prepare sales agreements and contracts, and submit orders for processing.
  • **Issue Escalation:** Keep the Manager informed of any issues that require escalation.
  • **Post-Purchase Support:** Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree or over two years of relevant work experience.
  • **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years as a kitchen and bath designer or in a related role, preferably in a similar field. 1 year of experience in cabinet drafting and design (Preferred).
  • **Skills:** Excellent client service skills with clear communication, ability to meet monthly sales quotas, strong attention to detail and effective verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, previous cabinetry knowledge and familiarity with 20/20 software are advantageous, bilingual skills are a plus.

**Compensation:** Salary + Uncapped Commission.
