Medical Staff Services Coordinator

Job Summary
Beacon Mobility is seeking a highly skilled Medical Staff Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Medical Staff Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our medical staff, ensuring seamless operations and delivering outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and track medical staff calls and interactions
- Provide accurate and timely information to medical staff and other stakeholders
- Supervise field units and prioritize schedules to optimize efficiency
- Assign drivers based on employee skills and performance
- Routinely solve operational problems and maintain professional relationships with clients and staff
- Maintain compliance with company policies and promote good performance
- Develop a deep understanding of our routes, clients, drivers, and programs
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Google Chrome
- Ability to work comfortably in a small and busy office environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Safe driving record and valid driver's license
