Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and manage the flow of patients through the hospital
  • Check in clients and patients, check out appointments, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience
  • Answer phone calls, including emergency calls, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including patient rechecks, prescription requests, and online appointment requests

Requirements

  • Available to work 12 hour shifts, including full weekend and holiday availability
  • Working knowledge of a multi-line phone system and general office equipment and software
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm during emergency client/patient situations
