Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Evergreen Woods, a Senior Living Community. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Document resident progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Two years of experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
  • Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards.
