- Document resident progress and communicate with family members and healthcare providers as needed.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Two years of experience in a similar healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
