Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Senior Living Communities. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering person-centered care based on the needs and interests of residents, while preserving their dignity and quality of life. This includes performing professional and restorative nursing services, such as resident assessments, vital sign recording, medication administration, and documentation of written and verbal reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform professional and restorative nursing services, including resident assessments, vital sign recording, medication administration, and documentation of written and verbal reports.
- Interact with residents' physicians, pharmacists, and medical personnel as needed.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
- Participate in and attend all required in-service training and education sessions as scheduled.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Four-year college or university degree desired.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
- Two years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
