About the Role

This Senior Financial Services Coordinator position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch and delivering exceptional member experiences. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, able to develop and implement solutions that drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Developing and executing business plans to grow existing and potential member relationships
  • Fostering partnerships with community organizations to promote member engagement
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of financial experience, preferably in a credit union environment
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary Range: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with employer match, tuition assistance, and more.
