We are seeking a dedicated Production Project Manager to enhance our growing team. This role focuses on the effective management and oversight of the installation process for residential bath systems, ensuring a safe, efficient, and profitable operation while upholding our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the installation workflow for bath projects, including site measurements, inspections, material procurement, and task assignments.
  • Serve as the primary liaison among the company, clients, and subcontractors, guaranteeing high standards of customer service.
  • Lead and manage the Installation and Service teams, providing daily guidance and support.
  • Ensure that departmental objectives are met, with all projects completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality specifications.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer service matters to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Select subcontractors based on established criteria of quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
  • Manage material orders to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Enforce adherence to installation protocols, conduct thorough inspections, and assess final outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to foster company growth and operational improvements.
  • Engage in corporate initiatives and process enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate job information in the operating system for client reference.
  • Monitor and control all aspects related to bath operations.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks for new orders and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience with acrylic bath systems or 5 years in cabinetry or trim work.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and installation in a supervisory capacity.
  • Familiarity with construction codes and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and work autonomously.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs; High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings, along with a valid driver's license.
