Marketing Operations Representative

Rivers Casino is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Representative to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing all promotions and special event efforts to increase casino revenues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patrons in all aspects of the Rush Rewards program, including account management and player services.
  • Activate and deactivate patron accounts, issue new and replacement players club cards, and perform other account-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to develop and execute marketing programs, promotions, and special events.
  • Track and analyze program results to ensure patrons receive exceptional service and operations run smoothly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Rush Rewards Supervisor or above.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week, including holidays
  • Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process and obtain necessary licensing
  • Frequent walking, standing, twisting, bending, and lifting
