The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or supervisory position. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, and an MBA or CPA certification is highly preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. They will also prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness, conduct audits, and manage treasury functions.

The Accounting and Finance professional will lead and develop the accounting team to boost efficiency and productivity, handle complex account reconciliations, and ensure accuracy in journal entries. They will also conduct ad hoc project analysis as needed.

The salary range for this position is typically $125k-$200k +. The company offers comprehensive benefits packages, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k match, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and holidays.
