Job Summary

Key Responsibilities



  • Assist with front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and key management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of hotel operations, management, and customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve hotel performance and guest experience.

Requirements



  • Current college or university student.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
