Job Title: Therapist

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is a leading organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable populations. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Therapist with LSF, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to our clients, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients, addressing a range of mental health issues.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably adolescents and their families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
