Behavioral Therapist

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop treatment plans based on the findings.
• Provide clinical supervision to support staff and direct 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings.
• Collect data during sessions and analyze it to adapt and adjust programming.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs, and provide support to parents, teachers, and community officials.
• Complete and submit all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• BACB Certification in good standing.
• Behavior Specialist License is required.
• Master's Degree in a mental health field and one year of documented paid experience working with children, adolescents, or youth.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60.00 per hour

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for overtime and weekend availability.

Clearances: Staff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents.
