Key Responsibilities
The Night Security Operations Manager is accountable for supervising the security team during the shift, ensuring the safety and protection of all guests, team members, and company assets.
Primary Duties Include:
- Overseeing the safety and security of team members and patrons.
- Implementing programs and processes aimed at minimizing workplace injuries.
- Delegating responsibilities and authority effectively.
- Developing staff through training and evaluation programs.
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process.
- Conducting investigations into incidents and customer feedback, compiling data for accurate reporting.
- Ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures during the shift.
- Collaborating with Directors and Managers as required.
- Completing and processing performance evaluations.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Performance Standards
- Demonstrated management skills in ensuring effective security operations.
- Maintaining positive interpersonal relationships among all staff.
- Exhibiting strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with the Emergency Disaster Plan Manual.
- Willingness to take overall responsibility for performance outcomes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two to five years of experience in security or law enforcement, with a preference for candidates holding a two-year degree in related fields or equivalent experience.
- Possession of a valid Racing License.
