Job Title: Security Systems Integrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Systems Integrator to join our team at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. This role requires expertise in video surveillance, physical access control, and intrusion detection systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and implement security systems technology as value-added solutions to our clients.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, collaborating with Area Vice Presidents, District Managers, and Business Development Managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and manage subcontractor relationships to deliver effective solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Analyze operational and financial indicators to enhance performance and ensure profitability within the territory.
  • Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure a secure and reliable service.
  • Lead business development efforts and contribute to strategic planning within the Business Unit and Central Atlantic Region.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of service industry cost and profitability drivers to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in standard office applications and basic knowledge of computer network architecture to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Experience in business development and B2B sales to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to lead project teams and collaborate effectively across the organization to achieve common goals.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of progressively responsible experience with physical security systems.
  • PSP certification to demonstrate expertise in security systems.
  • Experience/certification in AMAG, CCURE, Avigilon, Axis, and/or Milestone to ensure compatibility with existing systems.
  • Experience with video analytics and remote video monitoring solutions to provide advanced security features.
  • Strong technical knowledge of physical security systems, including video surveillance, access control, intercom, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and project delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
Working Conditions:
  • Frequent travel required for client meetings, presentations, and site visits to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information to maintain client trust and confidentiality.
Benefits:

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary of $75,000 to $90,000, a monthly vehicle allowance of $750, and a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 10 accrued vacation days, 4 floating holidays, and 6 sick days, and a 401K plan.
