About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Speech/Hearing Therapist to provide services to students in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and experience working with children in an urban school setting.

We offer a competitive salary of around $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement communication skills programs for children served, using assistive technology and alternative/augmentative non-verbal/total communication strategies as needed.
• Provide classroom collaborative and/or direct speech-language therapy services to individual children in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE).
• Serve as a resource person to parents and staff, providing consultation and/or in-service on appropriate speech and language instructional strategies for classroom, home, and community use.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required, including federal child count data and state data requirements.
