We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Schedule Analyst to join our team at System One Holdings, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our contracts by controlling costs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the control of costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control systems.
  • Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated and government cost control guidelines.
  • Participate in the preparation of budgets and schedules for all contract work and perform financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
  • Incorporate contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.
  • Provide budget development, EACs, and tracking support to team and program management.
  • Help develop proposals.
Requirements
  • Desired experience with Deltek tool suite for cost account management.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management/Cost Account Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree required in either business/finance or engineering field.
  • Manager would like to see candidates with Cost Account Management (CAM) experience and/or Control Account Management (CAM) experience.
  • Required skills:
    • Experience with project scheduling and/or project cost management.
    • Experience with Earned Value Management.
    • Previous CAM experience.
    • Proficient in Excel Pivot Tables.
    • Experience developing Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) compliant proposals.
  • Desired skills:
    • Previous CAM experience preferred.
    • Experience with Tableau.
    • Experience with Aeronautics Proposal Tool Suite (APTS).
