Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain production, testing, and training environments for UKG Telestaff and WFM.
  • Create reports using SQL Management Studio, business intelligence software, and/or Excel to support daily operations.
  • Provide training to end-users on system functionality and develop training documentation.
  • Perform complex analysis for decision-making and reporting.
  • Perform quality assurance and controls for data integrity.
  • Consult with team members to make system adjustment recommendations.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in the scheduling/staffing and payroll field or in a related area.
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Systems Analyst with UKG, specifically with Telestaff and Work Force Management.
  • Familiarity with payroll and staffing standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Solid understanding of using SQL to run and generate reports.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Peoplesoft experience.
