Commissioning Engineer, Data Center Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our AWS Data Center Commissioning Team. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful commissioning and testing of electrical and mechanical systems in our data centers.
Key Responsibilities- Review and validate design documents, including drawings, specifications, and vendor submittals.
- Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with design requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, and provide comprehensive weekly reporting of project status and lessons learned.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, installation, or startup/commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or 5 years of relevant discipline work experience.
- High technical competency in mechanical or electrical systems, with the ability to learn and be trained in the other.
- Effective communication skills, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in high-stress environments.
