Histology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Histology Tech/Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory, you will be responsible for performing various procedures, documenting quality assurance, and maintaining equipment, instruments, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory procedures accurately and efficiently
• Document quality assurance measures to ensure compliance and excellence
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, instruments, and tools

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a certificate from an NAACLS-accredited Histotechnician (HT) or Histotechnologist (HTL) program. Alternatively, certification eligible applicants with American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) may be considered. Certification for eligible employees shall be acquired within five years from date of hire.
