Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lease Operations Specialist to join our team at Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our wells and sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the operation of wells and sites on an assigned route, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform routine checks on well sites, including equipment maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage daily fluid production, including gauging and recording oil and water tank levels.
  • Collect and submit daily, monthly, and quarterly data and reports in a timely manner, meeting deadlines with minimal errors.
  • Collaborate with production foremen and other personnel to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
  • Communicate regularly with production foremen on daily plans and issues, participating in periodic well reviews and safety meetings.
  • Work to optimize production in a safe and cost-effective manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotation, responding to after-hours emergencies as needed.
  • Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained and address spills, fluid leaks, and trip hazards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to remain calm during emergencies and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to wear and properly utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Working Conditions
  • Able to walk, step, climb, or move from one location to another.
  • Able to stand, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, and sit.
  • Visually seeing driving operations well.
  • Able to repetitively move feet, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands, and back.

  • Able to carry 50lb or more objects occasionally.
  • Able to adapt to outdoor conditions and prolonged exposure to varying weather conditions.
