Outpatient Physical Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care in Cheyney, Pennsylvania.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis. You will work independently to assess and develop individualized care plans, perform diagnostic tests and measurements, and implement appropriate interventions.

You will also educate and instruct clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living.

• Conduct outpatient visits to clients in designated territories
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, including mobility assessments and balance testing
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises and gait training
• Educate and instruct clients and families on rehabilitative care and activities
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations

To be successful in this role, you must have a current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license and a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist. You should also have strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
