We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care in Cheyney, Pennsylvania. As a senior care specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, personalized care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.

Job Description

As a home health physical therapist, you will work as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing services to clients. This role involves performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing individualized care plans, educating clients and caregivers, and accurately documenting client progress.

Requirements
  • A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a physical therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
