About the Opportunity

The Center for Social Dynamics is seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Behavior Specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing evidence-based mental health services and Applied Behavioral Analysis programs to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other co-morbid developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled sessions with clients, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Implement individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Intervention Plans in response to clinical direction.
  • Travel to Center, Home, and other community settings to deliver services.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical team members, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Complete daily treatment session notes, target data, and behavior data in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Flexible availability, with high demand for time Monday through Thursday from 3-8 pm and Saturday.
  • Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, and COVID) required.
  • Reliable transportation necessary.
  • Sensitivity to working with diverse populations and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
