Position Overview

This role is a full-time, mobile position for a hospice case management nurse.

  • Proven experience in delivering direct patient care
  • Current nursing license (LPN/RN) and valid driver's license with insurance
  • Effective and compassionate communication skills with patients and their families
  • Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capabilities
  • Collaborative team player within an interdisciplinary environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to adhere to instructions
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous
