Position Overview
This role is a full-time, mobile position for a hospice case management nurse.
- Proven experience in delivering direct patient care
- Current nursing license (LPN/RN) and valid driver's license with insurance
- Effective and compassionate communication skills with patients and their families
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capabilities
- Collaborative team player within an interdisciplinary environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to adhere to instructions
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Bilingual skills are advantageous
