Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Diagnostics and Repair: Utilize your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes and perform repairs to the highest standards.
  • Service Center Operations: Assist with establishing and maintaining service center procedures for tracking repair status, technical documentation, and other necessary protocols.
  • Routine Maintenance: Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes.
  • Customer Communication: Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred.
  • Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
