About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on new and used vehicle inventory, features, and pricing.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure seamless customer transactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
