Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct safety and security inspections to identify and address potential threats
  • Supervise inmates and maintain a positive relationship with them
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide support to colleagues
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license
  • Eighteen years of age or older
  • No felony convictions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in law enforcement or corrections
  • Knowledge of correctional procedures and policies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
