Role Overview:
The Project Implementation Specialist serves as the primary project manager and main point of contact for clients as they transition to our Curve Hero Dental Practice Management Software. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication between clients and our internal teams, including data services, training, and support. The specialist will oversee the delivery of client projects in alignment with agreed-upon scopes, timelines, and budgets, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of client business needs and tailor implementation projects accordingly.
- Establish and manage client expectations, clearly articulating the implementation project plan, key deliverables, timelines, and client responsibilities.
- Monitor, track, and communicate the progress of multiple concurrent client implementation projects.
- Facilitate client training, data migration, and general setup requirements, ensuring internal teams are informed of client needs and expectations.
- Proactively resolve discrepancies and address any roadblocks encountered during the implementation process.
- Obtain necessary approvals from clients for key deliverables, such as preliminary and final data review forms.
- Consistently meet company standards regarding the quality and quantity of work performed, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Follow company directives regarding workplace behavior while executing job duties and assignments.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in project or implementation management, particularly in leading changes related to enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with standard business practices within the dental or medical fields.
- Experience in a SaaS environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Netsuite, and operating systems like Windows (XP or higher) and Mac OS (10.4 or higher) is beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in phone and email interactions.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, database structures, and network troubleshooting.
Preferred Experience:
- Proficient knowledge of Windows (7 or higher) and Mac OS (10.4 or higher).
