Your role as a Cleaning and Sanitation Specialist is crucial in upholding the cleanliness and safety standards of our facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will work collaboratively with various departments to maintain a welcoming and well-kept environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow established cleaning schedules meticulously.
- Coordinate with other teams for routine cleaning of shared spaces.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in designated areas.
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
- Restock supplies and keep cleaning equipment in good condition.
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Assist in the upkeep of resident rooms and communal areas.
- Adhere to safety protocols when using cleaning agents.
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of residents.
- Exhibit compassion and care in all interactions.

Educational Background: Minimum of an 8th-grade education.

- Comfortable lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- May be required to assist in emergency evacuations.
