Job Summary

As a Food Unit Lead with Morrison Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff, and visitors. This position requires a strong focus on quality customer service, menu planning, and efficient meal service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by attending to the needs of customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverages, ensuring compliance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, and safety.
  • Help plan menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise the serving of meals, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Train and develop employees to promote excellence in food and service.
  • Coordinate work schedules and expedite workflow to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit required reports, including inventory, cash, and production records.
  • Manage cash handling and ordering of supplies from approved sources.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and government regulations.
