Job Description

About the Role:

Hillpointe is a leading real estate development and investment management firm focused on delivering high-quality workforce housing across the Sun Belt. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Review and analyze approved and in-place budgets, monthly financials, and assist in the budgeting process. Create accurate and comprehensive financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Property Performance: Evaluate the financial operations and health of each asset, providing actionable insights to the VP of Property Management and/or the President of HPM.
  • Community Transition: Assist with the community transition process, ensuring seamless handovers and compliance with established quality assurance standards.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Report all property performance and compliance concerns to the Vice President of Property Management, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Business Growth: Assist in attaining all growth/profit goals established by the Company, driving business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure Company operations function according to established quality assurance standards, using proper procedures, forms, and processes.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, treating residents, coworkers, supervisors, vendors, and owners with respect and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Education: BA/BS in Business or related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least three years of property management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point, and Property Management related software systems.
  • Advanced Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills required.
