Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance and Program Oversight:

Ensure the quality of services provided, maintain regular communication with individuals served and their support systems, manage support plans, and address any concerns raised.

Ensure compliance with licensure and certification standards through regular evaluations and audits.

Financial Oversight:
Ensure programs achieve financial objectives, manage budgets effectively, and address any financial requirements. Collaborate on budget planning and oversee accounts receivable and expenditures.

Team Leadership:
Supervise program managers, oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, and manage staff schedules and payroll.

Facility Management:
Ensure the safety and maintenance of facilities, comply with regulatory standards, and manage risk effectively.

Professional Development and Leadership:
Promote the organization's mission and values, represent the organization with professionalism, and engage in workgroups and committees.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and the achievement of organizational objectives.


Minimum Qualifications:
Must meet Designated Manager qualifications as per 245D requirements
4-year degree in a human services field with a minimum of 1 year of direct care experience
At least 5 years of supervisory and personnel management experience
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Current auto liability insurance and reliable transportation

The Program Operations Supervisor's schedule must be adaptable to meet various program, personnel, and organizational needs, including after-hours, weekend emergencies, and phone communications.
