Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Citrix Systems Administrator to join our team at Raytheon Careers. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot application functionality, crashes, and performance issues
  • Investigate user performance and collaborate with external teams to improve user experience
  • Assist customers with Tier 2 incident resolution for Linux and Windows applications
  • Provide remote end-user desktop support
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system incidents with short-term workarounds and long-term solutions
  • Respond to escalated service desk/team requests
  • Participate in special projects as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or a master's degree and minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience
  • S. government issued TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Valid CompTIA Security+ CE, Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)-Security certification
  • Experience with Linux and Windows
  • Understanding of Service Now, NETS, or other ticketing processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA Security+ CE Certification
  • Understanding of Service Now, NETS, or other ticketing processes
  • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
  • Application Troubleshooting such as Outlook, Excel, Word, JAVA, Internet Explorer
  • Virtualization Environments (VMware, Citrix)
  • Profile management utilizing the VMware User Experience Management (UEM) toolset
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Telephone/Video support
  • Networking
