Director of Training and Quality

This is a key leadership role responsible for the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of associates and leaders within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct annual training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and propose training programs and objectives to support business goals.
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
- Design and deliver training sessions to leaders, supervisors, and associates.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to training and development.
Requirements:
- 5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in education or human resources.
- Experience in hotel operations and luxury standards.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- College or university degree preferred.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
