Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nightly audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Manage and maintain financial databases and systems, including BRAINS network.
  • Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit card transactions.
  • Input and update financial information into BRAINS network.
  • Check guests in and out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
  • Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
  • FSD is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.
