Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sanitation and quality staff to ensure compliance with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Oversee and improve sanitation and quality processes to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to develop and implement quality control procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs for sanitation and quality staff.
  • Monitor and report on sanitation and quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as food science, microbiology, or a related field.
  • At least three years of progressively responsible experience in sanitation and quality control, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of sanitation chemicals, processes, and safe handling practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
