Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3rd Shift Sanitation/Quality Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and product quality. You will lead a team of sanitation and quality staff to ensure compliance with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sanitation and quality staff to ensure compliance with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Oversee and improve sanitation and quality processes.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control measures.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Supervisory Management, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years of progressively responsible lead or supervisory experience.
  • Sanitation/quality experience preferred.
  • Specific knowledge of sanitation chemicals, processes, and safe handling practices.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to act as a direct liaison between general production and management regarding quality issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Knowledge of the ERP computer system and Microsoft Office products.
